Abstract:	Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pada bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: a. Terdapat perbedaan yang signfikan motivasi kerja antara perawat PNS dan Non PNS Pada RSUD Bangil. b. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi perawat PNS dan Non PNS Pada RSUD Bangil. c. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kinerja perwat PNS dan Non PNS Pada RSUD Bangil.
