dc.description.abstract | Hasil pemodelan struktur tiga dimensi Endo-β-1,4-D-Xilanase Asal Bacilus Sp Abdominal Rayap memiliki residu katalitik Thr3, Tyr5, Asn20, Tyr69 dan energi bebas -8,1 kcal/mol. Modifikasi sisi katalitik Endo-β-1,4-D-Xilanase Asal Bacilus Sp Abdominal Rayap yaitu pada 34 asam amino. Asam amino tersebut 15 asam amino gugus R bersifat nonpolar, 17 asam amino gugus R bersifat polar, satu asam amino gugus R bersifat asam dan basa. Hasil energi bebas paling rendah diperoleh -9,1, -9,2 dan -9,2 kcal/mol pada asam amino gugus R bersifat polar N35 (Asparagin) yang diganti menjadi Asam Aspartat. | en_US |
