| Abstract: | Variasi larutan ISA yang diinjeksikan berpengaruh terhadap nilai beda potensial dan puncak yang dihasilkan, dimana volume injeksi yang sesuai akan menghasilkan puncak yang baik dan nilai yang stabil. Volume optimum larutan ISA (CuSO4) dan larutan ISA ((NH4)2SO4) yang baik dari hasil penelitian yaitu 400 μL dan 500 μL. |
