Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Serta Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Jember

Abstract

This study attempts to research and test influence emotional intelligence and intelligence spiritual and personality on performance in partial employees and simultaneously. The study is done in PT. BTN (Persero) Tbk.The branch of Jember.Data collection was carried out by spreading kuisioner to 41 respondents have been permanent workers, using likert scale, answers respondents mixed with regression analysis linear multiple, test t and the F.Based on analysis t seen that the emotional intelligence and intelligence spiritual will not affect employee performance, while personality influences employee performance.Emotional intelligence will not affect employee performance because dominant respondents are man.While intelligence spiritual not affect because of age of respondents dominant 20-40 years old.Test F known that the variable emotional intelligence and intelligence spiritual and influential personality simultaneously on performance employees.
