dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning organization on employee performance with knowledge sharing as mediating. This research can be classified as explanatory research, the research explains about the correlation between several variables through hypothesis testing. The sampling technique used is census technique where the whole population of PT Telekomunikasi Tbk Lumajang as the research sample which is 40 employees. The research method is path analysis. The result showed that Learning Organization has a significant impact on Knowledge Sharing, Learning Organization has a significant impact on employee performance, Knowledge Sharing has a significant impact on employee performance, and learning organization has a significant impact on employee performance with Knowledge sharing as mediating. Further research is expecting to analyze another variables a mediating such as organizational culture, service quality, and organizational commitment.en_US
