Fostering Learning Autonomy in the EFL Classroom through SAL Materials Development

Abstract

Developing SAL materials is time and energy consuming in the sense that EFL teachers should be able to manage their time as efficiently and effectively as possible, but the role of SAL materials-based learning in ELT is so demanding that such an activity may provide a way of promoting student learning autonomy.
