dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study was to explain the health services provided by RSD dr. Soebandi to BPJS Health participants related to the utilization of health facilities. The existence of BPJS Health participant phenomenon can not utilize health service facility. The problem is how RSD health service dr. Soebandi to BPJS Health participants in utilizing health service facilities. The research method used is qualitative research, with purposive technique, then the data is analyzed and tested its validity. The results showed that RSD health service dr. Soebandi to BPJS Health participants in utilizing health service facilities in accordance with the membership class. However, BPJS Health participants can not utilize health service facilities because BPJS Health participants become participants when they are hospitalized, so the membership is still not valid or still in waiting period or waiting period.en_US
