Abstract: | Marine resources play an important role in supporting the development of local and national economies to foreign exchange earnings, employment and incomes of the population. Grouper hatchery efforts in Situbondo consist of hatchery-scale enterprises and household scale hatchery (HSRT}. Commodity grouper is one of the best fish commodities in Situbondo. This study is on empirical research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The approach used to understand the principles that underlie the symptoms that became the center of attention research. The analysis tool used is multiple tinier regression and TOWS analysis. The analysis showed variables operating costs, the amount of labor and the price of eggs are known to significantly influence the HSRT grouper seed production in the district of Bungatan region Situbondo, but the variables timing of harvest and government policy do not significantly influence the HSRT grouper seed production in the district of Bungatan region Situbondo. Recommendations given strategy is progressive, meaning the organization in good shape and steady so it is possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress. |
