Vitamin D and its active metabolite, which is 1,25 (OH) D3, together with Parathyroid hormone and calcitonim, regulates the amount of calcium and phosphorus levels. The purpose of the study was to observe the effect of vitamin D towards the acceleration of orthodontic tooth movement. |
