dc.description.abstract	Kecelakaan kerja sektor industri tahun 2014 total kompensasi mencapai 118,8 US$ tertinggi dibanding jenis lainnya. Di Indonesia tahun 2012 tercatat 103,074 kasus dengan nilai asuransi tahun 2006 sebesar Rp.222 M menjadi Rp.585 M tahun 2012. Secara statistik penyebab kecelakaan disebabkan : 1) Tindakan berbahaya (unsafe action/substandart action 88%, 2) Kondisi berbahaya (unsafe condition/substandart condition) 10%, 3) Faktor nasib/takdir (act of God) 2%.	en_US
