Abstract:	Dan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dihasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Monosodium Glutamat (MSG) mempengaruhi frekuensi pindah silang dan tidak ada perbedaan antara perlakuan Monosodium Glutamat (MSG) yang dipanaskan dengan Monosodium Glutamat (MSG) yang tidak dipanaskan.
