dc.description.abstractWork productivity of workers in a company is affected by several factors, one of which is occupational safety and health program. This research aimed to determine the effect of occupational safety and health program on the productivity of field workers of Access Network Mmaintenance at PT. Telkom Kandatel Jember. The research used observational analytic design with cross sectional study. Data collection was by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Samples were taken from all field workers of Access Network Maintenance at PT. Telkom Kandatel Jember in total of 20 workers using total sampling technique. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression with F and T tests. The results concluded that the implementation of occupational safety and health program of Access Network Maintenance at PT. Telkom Jember Kandatel is good. Work productivity is high, and there is a significant effect of safety and health program on work productivity of workers either simultaneously or partially.en_US
