dc.description.abstractTHE goal of this research is to analyze the influence variables of leadership, motivation training and education and working area upon the employees word ethics of BPT and HMT in Garahan Jember. Multiple regressions lincar, F-test,t-test and Dominant Variable Test (Coefficient Beta Standaedized) are applied in the model of analysis. The population are 37 people taken from whole the goverment offcials of BPT and HMT in Garahan Jember.en_US
