The research sample was 96 field executive officers, holding civil servant status, in preventing DHF in Jember district. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and its findings indicated that spirit of work, job satisfaction, work climate, and emotional intelligence were positively influential to employee performance, whereas compensation was insignificantly influential.en_US
