Abstract: This research was meant to find out the factors, which are considered customer to use Internet banking of PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk. in Jember. The population in this research were of in Internet banking of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. in Jember. So people were taken for samples by using accidental sampling. The data was processed using factor exploratory analysis and then analysed by multiple regression analysis. They were special quality, dimension of service, function as well as accessibility. It was also known that this factors affected decision making of customers to use internet banking simultaneously and give contribution as much as 57.708%. However, partially only three factors namely special quality, dimension of service, as well as accessibility had a significant effect to used internet banking of PT.Bank Central Asia Tbk. in Jember.
