Abstract:	Individual performance is a resultant of the continuous interactions of the individual with his physical as well as his social environment. The way he perceives and processes the stimuli from the environment determines the way he acts and reacts, determines his behavior and performance for which only he is responsible. The environment, especially the social environment, contributes significantly to his efforts in producing results.
