Abstract

The research result reveals thet . 1. There was a significant differenc of teachers' of working motivation on the integreted and dedicated leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words. there was a significant difference between teachers' working motivation that perceive the dedicated style leadership and teachers' working motivation that perceive the integreted style leadership 2. There was a significant of the teachers' working motivation on the integrated and related leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words, there was a significant difference between teachers' working motivation that perceive the ralated style leadership. 3. There was a significant difference of the teachers' working motivation on the integrated and separated leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember. Or in other words. there was a significant difference between tachers' working motivation that perceive the integrated style leadership 4. There was a significant difference of the teachers' working motivation on the dedicated and related leadership styles in vocational schools in Jember.
