ANALISIS PENDAPATAN PENGRAJIN GULA KELAPA DAN KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA DI DESA LOJEJER KECAMATAN WULUHAN KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

This research aims are to know the income disparity between the palm sugar craftsmen on the sap-sharing system and sugar-sharing system, factors that affect the income of palm sugar craftsmen, and palm sugar craftsmen income contribution on family income. The location of the research is determined by purposive method in the Lojejer Village Wuluhan Subdistrict Jember Regency. This research used descriptive, comparative and analytical method with Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. Primary and secondary data were analyzed by : income analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and contribution analysis. The results of this research indicate : (1) there is differences in income between palm sugar craftsmen on the sap-sharing and sugar-sharing system;(2 )the factors that significantly influence to the income of palm sugar craftsmen in the Lojejer Village Wuluhan Subdistrict Jember Regency, are: the cost of fuel, additional material costs, the selling price, the amount of production, labor costs, and the sharing system being used, (3) palm sugar craftsmens income contributions on family income in the Lojejer Village Wuluhan Subdistrict Jember Regency is medium, with a value of contribution 69,53%.
