Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigate whether Islamic work ethic effects attitude toward organizational changel whether the effects are inderect through professional commitment and organizational commitment. This study hypothesizes that Islamic work ethic has indirect affect on attitudes toward organizational change through organizational commitment.
