Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kebutuhan bahan baku pada perusahaan tahun 2000 dan untuk menentukan tingkat pembelian bahan baku yang memberikan total biaya persediaan bahan baku yang minimal dengan mempertimbangkan perilaku lead time dan tingkat pemakaian yang bersifat probabilistik.
