Abstract: Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis yang menduga bahwa variabel jam kerja dan pengalaman kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara bersama-sama dan parsial yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan kotor pengrajin sepatu di Desa Bicak Kecamatan Trowulan Kabupaten Mojokerto.
