dc.description.abstractLife Skills education is education that provides personal skills , social skills , academic skills , and vocational skills . Life skills education program can last for months and can last for years , depending on the type of training that was conducted . Implementation of life skills education programs contribute to the improvement of the human life skill that is in terms of intellectual and vocational ( skills ) people learn that is used in preparation of his life in society . The purpose of this study to determine : the contribution of aquaculture training to increase life skills in Orphanage Kanakan Patrang District of Jember. The method used correlational manifold . Data was collected using questionnaires , documentation and observation , analysis of the data that the system level . Results from this study that the contribution of aquaculture training variables berindikator planning , learning and evaluation processes with variable life skill enhancement indicator intellectual skills and vocational skills have contributed a great or very high correlation with total 0.961en_US
