Abstract: The process of grinding grain by using the machine-breaking skin grain with rubber rollers away from a distance difference is one important factor in knowing a grain grinder machine performance. This research was done in laboraturium machine tools and Engineering Faculty of Agricultural Technology University of Jember. The Data needed are from direct measurement in the field. Parameters that are calculated in this study include: total stripping, stripping capacity, yield and quality of stripping. Measurement results in data analysis using calculation and analysis charts. Based on the results of research and though data can be done in the know that the of each parameter and the treatment has. The relationship, Total stripping on treatment A1B1, A1B2, A1B3, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3 have the value row 4460, 4106,67 4310, 4236,67, 4360, 4616,67 with units of grams (g). Yield stripping in treatment A1B1, A1B2, A1B3, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3 have the value row 67,35; 64,94; 63,57; 59,88; 59,22; 59,08 with units of percent (%). The performance of a machine can be in the know the parameters measurement of the quality of grain, including rice and broken rice intact, whole treatment on rice A1B1, A1B2, A1B3, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3 to have consecutive values 2640, 2710, 2610, 2763, 2760, 2886 with units of grams (g), while for broken rice treatment A1B1, A1B2, A1B3, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3 to have consecutive values 546,67; 243,33; 333,33; 403,33; 340;283 and the units of grams (g), for the varieties Ciherang rift within the appropriate i.e. 0,7 mm, while for varieties of GH Waysputih i.e. 0.9 mm.
