ANALISIS PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA OUTSOURCING PADA INDUSTRI GULA PTPN XI DI PG SEMBORO KABUPATEN JEMBER DAN PG DJATIROTO KABUPATEN LUMAJANG

Abstract

Sugar is a type of commodity that is required by every person and has been a basic necessity. Sugar is an essential commodity for Indonesian people and even for the world community. This research aimed to determine the effect of age, education, length of service and number of dependents in the family by using Simple Random Sampling method. The measurement on the effect of age, pandidikan, length of service and number of dependents in the family used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed that age, education, length of service and number of dependents in the family had a simultaneous significant effect. Meanwhile, age, length of service, number of dependents partially had a significant effect and the variable of education did not have a significant effect. This is also shown by the results of multiple determination (R2) coefficient analysis which was relatively high.
