ANALISIS PENENTUAN SEKTOR PRIORITAS DAN PERANANNYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH KABUPATEN TUBAN

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To analyze the sectors most strategic to be developed to support economic growth in Tuban regency (2). know how big the multiplier effects on employment of each strategic sector in Tuban regency (3). Tuban analyze linkages with the regions used are sekitarnya.Metode Location Quotient analysis is a method that compares the role of a sector in the economy Regency Tuban and the role of the same economic activities in East Java Province. Methods of analysis Coeffisient Resuffle, namely the analysis used to determine shifts in the sector or sub sector analysis period tertentu.Metode Figures Multiplier or Multiplier Effect to find out how much the creation of new employment in each sector priorities. And analytical methods to determine how much Gravity Tuban linkages with surrounding areas. Location Quotient analysis results show the agricultural sector, mining and quarrying, electricity gas and water utilities, and construction sector is a sector basis in Tuban. Results of analysis showed that Coeffisient Resuffle sector is the sector that has a shift in mining and quarrying, manufacturing, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, electricity sector gas and water utilities, finance, leasing and business services, and construction sectors. The results of analysis of Multiplier Effect (multiplier) shows that the sectors that can absorb labor are agriculture, mining and quarrying, electricity gas and water utilities, and construction sectors. Results from the third calculation analysis (LQ, CR, Score Multiplier) showed that the priority sectors, sectors and have a tendency to strengthen the base and are able to absorb the labor force is the power sector gas and water supply; and sector analysis bangunan.Hasil gravity of the strongest interaction with Tuban is Lamongan District and the weakest is Nganjuk.
