PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN, MOTIVASI DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA (Studi Empiris Pada Dinas Perkebunan dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Jember)

Abstract

This research examines how budgetary participation, motivation and emotional intelligence become an instrument to show their influence on work achievement. This research based on primary data which questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data analysis method which used in this model is multuple liniear regression. In this model, the independent variables i.e budgetary participation, motivation and emotional intelligance were estimated influence on work achievement as a dependent variable. The result of this research showed that all independent variables significantly influence to the dependent variable. Motivation have a big influence to work achievement.
