PENGARUH FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI TERHADAP KESEHATAN BALITA DI KELURAHAN PATRANG KECAMATAN PATRANG KABUPATEN JEMBER

Abstract

he health of children under five is one of indicator to look at the level of success of society health. The children under five is human source that need an attention in the development of nation. Therefore, the title of this research is “The Influence of Social Economic Factors to The Children under five in Sub-District Patrang District Patrang Sub-Provinsi Patrang” Meanwhile, the objective of this research is to know the influence of social economic include family income (x1), mother education (x2), the advantage of health services (x3), and the children numbers (x4) toward the health of children under five in Sub-District Patrang District Patrang Sub-Provinsi Patrang. This research used explanatory method with 30 mothers whose have children under five as research respondent. Further more, interview and questionnaires had been conducted as a data collection method. The research data had been analyzed by Multiple Linier Regression. The result of this research showed that there was a significance influence of the social economic factors on children under five the health. It is know that the value of adjusted R square shows the value of 86,1 % in which value probability F less than 0,005. It means that all independent variable (family income, mother education, advantage of health service and the children numbers) had significance influence on dependent variable that is the children under five healths. Partially, it is known that family income resulting t probability is less than level of significance is 0,000 < 0,05 it means that family income have significance influence to children under five the health, mother education resulting t probability is less than level of significance is 0,003 < 0,05 it means that mother education have significance influence to children under five the health, the advantage of health services resulting t probability is less than level of significance is 0,03 < 0,05 it means that the advantage of health services have significance influence to children under five the health, the children numbers have t probability less than level of significance is 0,036 < 0,05 it means that the children numbers have significance influence to children under five the health.
