Abstract: This study aims to test whether work life balance, career development, and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This study is included in the type of explanatory research, using census sampling techniques, the entire population of 32 permanent employees of Perumdam Tirta Mahameru Lumajang was determined as a sample. This study uses a quantitative approach, in the form of numbers obtained from respondents' answers to statements on the questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results of this study indicate that work life balance, career development, and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of permanent employees of Perumdam Tirta Mahameru Lumajang. This shows that the better the implementation of work life balance, career development, and work discipline, the better the performance of Perumdam Tirta Mahameru Lumajang employees.
