Abstract: This research aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Consumer Purchasing Decisions at the Toko Oleh-Oleh Kota Probolinggo Krupuk Ikan Cap Tengiri hereinafter abbreviated as Tookprobolinggo: This research uses primary data from the results of the questionnaire. The objects of this research are consumer or all buyers who purchased at least once at Tookprobolinggo. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method. The technique used in determining this sample uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Product Quality and Service Quality have a partial and simultaneous influence on Purchasing Decisions.
