Inventarisasi Keong Darat (Subkelas: Pulmonata) di Kawasan Hutan Primer Blok Pletes dan Nanggelan Taman Nasional Meru Betiri

Abstract

Land snails include a type of animal that is characterized by having a soft body and having one or more pairs of antennae on the head. The relationship between the environment can also occur in invertebrate animals such as land snails. In an environment, land snails are easily found in trees, shrubs, rocks, litter, weathered logs, and places that contain a lot of limestone (karst). Meru Betiri National Park has a diversity of flora and fauna. Wonoasri Resort is one part of the conservation area that has unique characteristics. This research was conducted from October 2023 to April 2024, in the Wonoasri Resort area, Pletes and Nanggelan blocks, Meru Betiri National Park. 64 individuals were collected from 10 sampling locations. The collection of specimens were collected from three families and 11 species, and the average value of air humidity in the Pletes block was 77% with an average temperature of 29.98˚ C, while the Nanggelan block was 85% with an average temperature of 31.56˚. Each species was widely distributed on leaf litter substrates, shrubs, and leaf surfaces.
