Abstract: | This study aims to determine the relationship between age, income and anxiety to blood pressure in hypertension farmworkers in the agro-industrial area of Jember Regency. The type and design of this research was analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were agricultural workers who experienced hypertension in the work area of the Mumbulsari Community Health Center, Jember Regency. The number of samples used was 66 people using the total sampling method. Data of age and income were analyzed by chi-square, the anxieties data were analyzed by using the Spearman Rank test. The research results also showed that the majority of respondents, namely 47 people (73.4%) experienced mild anxiety. Blood pressure data shows that the majority of respondents have grade 1 hypertension (53%). Statistical test results show that there is a significant relationship between anxiety and blood pressure of hypertension farmworkers in the agro-industrial area of Jember Regency (p-value < 0.038) and there is no significant relationship between age and income (p-value more than 0.05).
