This research focuses on identifying coffee aroma using a conductive polymer-based gas sensor that has been developed by the chemical sensors and instrumentation research group which will later be assembled into a sensor array. A total of 8 different sensors, namely PANi-HCl, PPy-HCl, PANi HCl-PPy HCl, PANi-GO, PPy-GO, PANi-PPy-GO, PVAc-GO and PAA-GO. The problem formulation in this research is whether the Conductive Polymer Composite-based Sensor Array can differentiate the aroma of Robusta coffee from different plantations based on the response patterns produced and how its performance is seen from repeatability, reproducibility and response time. The aim of the research is to find out whether a Sensor Array based on Conductive Polymer Composites can answer existing problems. The analytical method used in this research is repeatability and PCA analysis. The analysis tool uses Microsoft Excel software and Origin software. The results and conclusions of this research are that sensors arranged in an array can be used to differentiate the aroma of coffee based on the resulting response pattern because each sensor produces a different response for each coffee sample from a different plantation. The performance of each sensor has a good level of precision as seen from the repeatability value of less than 5%, based on the reproducibility value range being 1.56%-6.67% the performance of each sensor can be said to be reproducible in the first week and week second, while in the third and fourth weeks it was considered less reproducible because there were several sensors that experienced a decrease in performance and the level of precision of the data produced, based on the response time values produced by the sensors that had the highest to lowest sensitivity in order were PPy-HCl, PANi-HCl , PANi-GO, PANiPPy-GO, PVAc-GO, PANi-PPy, PAA-GO and PPy-GO.
