Abstract: Problems regarding uncertainty are often faced in everyday life, so a method is needed to solve the uncertainty, namely with fuzzy logic. In this study, measurements were made to handle the uncertainty of production planning using the fuzzy logic of the Mamdani method. The stages of the process carried out in this study are (a) fuzzyfication (b) application of implication functions (c) rule composition (d) defuzzyfication. This research uses the centroid method at the defuzzyfication stage. The determination of the amount of chocolate lollipop production is carried out by entering input variables in the form of the amount of demand, supply, and labor so that the output of the amount of production for the next period (day) is obtained, with a MAPE value of 15,42%.
