Abstract: Increasingly fierce industrial competition requires agro-industries to optimise their ability to manage environmental supply chains. Agroindustry must be able to improve their performance in order to continue to compete with competitors but still pay attention to the impact on the environment. One way is by managing green supply chain management to determine the company's performance in terms of green, companies can also increase their attention to the environment and reduce the negative impact provided by agro-industry. This study uses the GSCOR model to measure the performance of the green supply chain in the Java Ijen - Raung Arabic coffee agroindustry, supported by the AHP weighting method and the SAW method to calculate the performance index. There are 29 KPIs used for GSCM performance measurement. From the calculation results, the company's performance is 65.84, meaning that the agroindustry's performance is in the Average category. There are 4 KPIs with the highest weight but have low-performance values. This indicates that agro-industry requires improvement to improve its GSCM performance. The proposed performance improvement that can be done is to collaborate with related parties to plan a clean production technology coaching program and collaborate with farmers, communities, and related stakeholders to carry out waste treatment and control so as not to cause environmental pollution.
