Advokasi Kebijakan untuk Pemenuhan Kepentingan Petani di Desa Puger Kulon dan Puger Wetan Kecamatan Puger Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

The research is based on problems regarding the interest of the farming community in Puger Kulon and Puger Wetan villages which are not being taken care of by the government in terms of the availability of a smooth irrigation water supply , so it is necessary to carry out advocacy as an effort to reach new policies or mutual agreements to resolve these problems. The approach and research method used is descriptive qualitatif. The data used are qualitative data with the type of data consisting of primary data and secondary data obtained through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The degree of confidance was tasted using the data triangulation techniques. Data analysis used an interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The result of this study indicate the policy advocacy process to fulfill the interest of farmers in Puger Kulon and Puger Wetan villages based on the policy formation process and advocacy targets in this first activity amely lobbying.
