Management of English Extracurricular Activities at Kindergarten ABA 1 Kaliwates, Jember Regency, Academic Year 2022/2023

Abstract

Management of English extracurricular activities is the whole process that has been planned and carried out outside of class hours to develop the abilities and talents of children. Therefore, researchers examined English extracurricular activities at ABA 1 Kaliwates Kindergarten in Jember Regency in the 2022/2023 school year. This research aims to find out about planning, organizing, implementing, and also evaluating English extracurricular activities. This research used descriptive qualitative which is supported by data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out are about planning which discusses goals through internal meetings, organizing which discusses the organizational structure, implementation is carried out once a week, evaluation is carried out at the end of the semester by discussing shortcomings during the process of implementing activities.
