Abstract: Introduction: The problem of nurse work behaviour related to extra-role work behaviour in Indonesia is currently still discussing. A scientific framework is needed to manage nurses’ work behaviour, known as Organisational Cit izenship Behaviour (OCB). This study aims to obtain a nurses’ OCB model. Methods: This research is an analytic observational type with a cross-sectional study. A sample of 163 hospital nurses in Indonesia by simple random sam pling technique. Data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire which was analysed using SEM-PLS. The nurse’s OCB model is a fit model (SRMR= 0.071 < 0.08). Results: The nurse’s OCB model is a model that focuses on agree ableness personality, which has a strong enough influence on the nurse’s OCB behaviour process, namely altruism and courtesy so that it has an impact on nurses’ job satisfaction in the conditions of their work environment. Conclu sion: The nurses’ OCB model contributes to efforts to increase job satisfaction among hospital nurses in Indonesia.
