dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Intellectual Capital on employee performance and job satisfaction as a moderator. This study uses a type of quantitative research. This research design uses explanatory research. This research method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The population in this study is employees of the University of Jember. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total of 80 employees. The variables in this study are human capital, structural capital, customer capital, job satisfaction and performance.en_US
