Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan perilaku kerja merupakan variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Tujuh Impian Bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Jumlah populasi maupun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 42 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa keselamatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi, kesehatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi, dan perilaku kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi di PT. Tujuh Impian Bersama. Sedangkan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi di PT.
