dc.description.abstractThis article aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee morale with organizational climate as an intervening variable. This research is included in the explanatory research. This research is a quantitative research using path analysis with a population of all employees of PT. AskrindoJember as many as 49 people. The sampling technique used in this article is the census method which uses the entire population of 49 employees. The data analysis method used in this article is path analysis. The results showed that the variables of transformational leadership style and work motivation had a significant effect on organizational climate, transformational leadership style and work motivation had a significant effect on employee morale, and organizational climate had a significant effect on employee morale.en_US
