Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analize the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of organization citizenship behavior (OCB) and motivation on employee performance. The type of this research is a quantitative research using path analysis with a population of all employees as many as 100 people. The sampling method used in this research is census method. The data analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results of this research showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive impact on employee performance, the motivation has a positive impact on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive impact on employee performance.
