In the institutional framework of how the development of the agribusiness sector can be pursued? The agribusiness has confidence that the business will experience growth and a rapid increase. However, almost the whole of the respondents does not have a plan in their business development. This is because the agribusiness crops still depend on the existing market mechanisms. Institutional agribusiness does not provide for the development of agricultural activities that result in less development of the institutional aspects of agribusiness. Agribusiness in Jember acquire entrepreneurial knowledge based on personal experience, so it is often put aside the technical aspects of managerial primarily managerial principles.
