dc.description.abstractBanking holds a very important role in increasing the development or growth of the country's economy. Many parties are very meritorious so that banking can hold that role, one of which is the bank employees themselves. A good bank employee performance will make the banking industry progress so that it is trusted by the government in increasing the development or economic growth of the country. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, training, and organizational commitment to employee performance of PT BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Probolinggo. The variables used are Transformational Leadership (X1), Training (X2), Organizational Commitment (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The object of this research is PT BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Probolinggo. The population in this study were all employees of PT BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Probolinggo, amounting to 150 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique which is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations or criteria so that the research sample was obtained as many as 44 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t test results of 3,899 greater than ttable 2,02108 so that the hypothesis was accepted, training partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t test results of 5,638 greater from ttable 2,02108 so that the hypothesis is accepted, organizational commitment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t test of 2,439 greater than the ttable 2,02108 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Simultaneously transformational leadership, training, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F test result of 62,653 greater than Ftable 3.23 so that the hypothesis is accepted with the contribution of these three variables by 82,5% in influencing employee performance, and the rest 17,5% is influenced by factors or other variables not included in this study. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that transformational leadership, training, and organizational commitment partially and simultaneously can affect the performance of employees of PT BNI (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Probolinggo.en_US
