Abstract: In milk processing, supply chain activities were started from the procurement of raw materials, milking cows, milk processing, marketing of dairy products, and waste management. The purposes of this study were to analyze economical aspect, and to study environmental aspect on GSCM implementation in CV. MUER. Direct survey and disccussion, environmetal indicators and economical analysis were implemented in this study. The results of study found that the use of water for cage cleansing was 3600 liters, number of feeding was 2265.57kg, milking production was 550 liters, the water usage for washing tools was 250 liters. The assessment of environmental indicators using 13 indicators found that this unit has score of 30 means that CV. MUER has implemented most of the GSCM concepts along the supply chain of milk production. Other result showed that the amount of contamination (COD and BOD value) in the milk processing was higher than goverment regulation standard. In term of economical analysis shown that NPV value was Rp.2.723.162.185, IRR 36.99%, and B / C ratio was 1.48. This means that the value of NPV was greater than zero, IRR was greater than the bank interest rate (equal to 10%), and B/C ratio was greater than 1, this indicated that based on environmental and economical aspect, GSCM has a high feasibility to be implemented in CV. MUER.
