dc.description.abstractHead Injury is a traumatic disorder of brain function accompaied or without interstitial bleeding in the brain subtance without the continuation of brain coninuity. Craniotomy is a management of head injury. The rehabilitation stage in craniotomy is a postcraniotomy. This study aimed to determine a care dependency in daily activity was measured by using Care Depedeny Scale (CDS). CDS consists of 15 item at five points in time. The variable of this study is care dependency. The design of this study was descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The sample is a 38 responden. The sample was recruited by consecutive sampling technique in Januari-Maret 2019. The result showed that the highest average for communication item score was 2.16 with a Standar Deviation 0.370. While, the result showed that the low average for mobilitation item score was 1.18 with standar deviation 0.393. The score total CDS of postcraniotomy including very care dependent with frequency 25 (65%). Postcraniotomy patient have a any disturb like a pain, deficit neurology, edema cerebri, and infection. Therefore, a nurse should be to provide positive contribution to help respondent in daily activity.en_US
