dc.description.abstractRubber farmers have health effects due to work one of which is burnout. Burnout for farmers could cause health problems such as physical fatigue, emotional fatigue, cynicism and professional efficacy. This research aims to identify characteristics of burnout among Rubber farmers in PTPN, Ajung District, Jember Regency. The method is descriptive with cross-sectional study design was conducted among 64 rubber farmers using simple random sampling. Maslach Burnout Inventory General Survey (MGI-GS) was used to measured burnout. The results showed that farmers were burnout (23.66 ± 11.499) t = 2.544 p = 0.015. The Rubber farmers were not experience emotional fatigue t = 1,132 p = 0.262. However, farmers were depersonalization t = 3,557 p = 0.001 and professional eficacy t = 3,514 p = 0.001. The Rubber farmers were burnout whereas emotional fatigue were not significanced. This study concluded that burnout among Rubber farmers showed significanced. Therefore, optimally work environment should implement to reduced burnout.en_US
