    Abstract
    Antioxidants are nutrient and non-nutrient substances that is usually present in foodstuffs. Antioxidants can prevent the oxidative damage in the body. Arabica coffee is most common species of coffee found, consumed in Indonesia and has great economic importance. Pandan wangi is also most common spesies that found in Indonesia and have been used for traditional medicine by the people for many years ago. Arabica coffee and Pandan wangi known as plants with antioxidant activity.
