    Abstract
    Village is an important component in the structure of Indonesian Republic government. Besides the amount of village that more than 60 thousand, or about 89%, its double existence as government institution and as local culture entity at once has made village on very strategic position. The functions of village government are in development, public service and protection. All that functions makes village apparatus has to show the best work performance. Unfortunately the fact is on the contrary, that is village apparatus has not doing its responsibility well. Village apparatus‟s work motivation is minimal because of minimal salary and minimal participation in decision making process. Formulation of the problem in this research is : “Are work motivation and decision making have influence toward work performance of village apparatus in District of Glagah, Banyuwangi?” This research uses kuantitative method with regression statistic analyses. Respondent in this research is all of village apparatus in District of Glagah. This research is beheld in all villages in District of Glagah, Banyuwangi. The purpose of this research is to know how the influence of work motivation and decision making toward work performance of village apparatus. The result of this research shows that variable of work motivation and variable of decision making have influence toward variable work performance partially and simultantly. Variable of work motivation has influence 35,2%, otherwise variable of decision making has inflluence 94,5% toward work performance. Those two variables simultantly has influence toward work performance 53,4%.
