PELAKSANAAN DISIPLIN KERJA DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN
Abstract
The era of globalization is characterized by tight and full-of-risk competition. Human factor is an element
that must be considered by the company. This research aimed to describe work discipline in order to
maintain employees’ productivity at PT Lumiga Indah Selaras. The research used qualitative paradigm.
Data analysis used the steps of data reduction, data presentation presented in a matrix then finally
conclusion drawing. The step of data validity applied in this research was to assure that the data obtained
had compatibility with the existing reality and high credibility by observation perseverance, triangulation,
discussion with colleagues and reference adequacy. The research results of data analysis showed that the
implementation of employee discipline applied within the company was in line with the company
expectation. It is proved by the fact that the company was able to maintain its productivity per year and
that the company won the consumers’ trust in accordance with the company's goals
