Coffee processing by wet method produced acid waste water and has a complex structure that was not easily biodegradable. This wastewater could cause environmental pollution if discharged to the river or water resource without treatment. One of alternative to handle this coffee wastewater was coagulation flocculation process that treat by addition of chemical treat coagulant. Coagulant in this research was a natural coagulant moringa seed without skin. This research aimed to increase water quality parameters such as turbidity, pH, TSS and COD. Moringa seed that used as a coagulant divided into variations in particle size that was 60, 70 and 80 mesh. Based on this research, the best result for turbidity and TSS efficiency was particle size 60 mesh with turbidity efficiency result of 91.35% and TSS efficiency result 71.49%. The best result of COD efficiency result was particle size 70 mesh with 49,83% . That result based on preliminary research which pH 9 and dose of 6000 ppm, coagulation rotation speed 400 rpm in a minute, flocculation rotation speed 150 rpm in 15 minutes and sedimentation time in 60 minutesen_US
